About Us
Turnkey Recovery provides a structured, supportive sober living environment dedicated to helping women in early recovery build a solid foundation for lasting sobriety. With a focus on accountability, community, and purposeful living, the program requires active participation in recovery meetings, employment, and household responsibilities. Residents benefit from consistent guidance, regular process check-ins, and personalized mentorship -- creating a stable environment where recovery can take root and thrive.
Our Program
1
Structured Sober Living Environment
At TurnKey Recovery, structure is key to rebuilding a stable foundation. Our home operates with daily routines, curfews, chore responsibilities, and weekend pass guidelines to promote accountability and consistency. We believe a secure, organized space helps residents develop discipline, self-respect, and a sense of community during early recovery.
2
Supportive Mentorship & Progress Monitoring
Residents are guided by experienced mentors and supported by a live-in house manager. We provide regular progress check-ins, goal-setting sessions, and encouragement from women who truly understand the recovery journey. Our goal is to empower each woman with the tools and support needed for lasting transformation.
3
Recovery & Community Engagement
We require participation in five recovery-based meetings per week and a weekly house meeting to build peer connection, self-awareness, and spiritual growth. We also support residents in finding employment or volunteering within two weeks of arrival, encouraging productivity and purpose outside the home.
